view the formula

All the sudden I see the formula in the bar in a different way-
relativley to other cells. For example
=IF(R[-7]C[1]<R[-7]C[7],R[-7]C[1]*0.11,R[-7]C[7]*0.11)

Please advise how I can switch it to normal view.
