view time increments

I have my calendar set to 15 min incremets---is there away to have the
increments actually show with the time ex. 10:00, 10:15, 10:30, 10:45-- not
just the hour? using outlook 2002

Not really the answer I wanted to hear but sure saved me some wasted time
trying to figure it out for myself!
