View to Display Actual Hrs By Resource

I am trying to create a view/report that shows actual hrs
by group\resource\project (see below):

Engineer 2/2 2/9 2/16
John Doe
Project 1 4 2 3
Project 2 1 3 1
Sally Sue
Project 4 3 4 2

I created a project with enterprise resources only. I
imported into PWA and created a view similar to the
resource usage view except I changed the field "work"
to "actuals".

The problem is the "actual" hours do not display. When I
change the field to "work" I see the work hours. I know
that there are "actual" hours for these resources. I see
the projects and the grouping is the way I want it. Again
the only problem is the "actual" hours do not display.

Any suggestions?
