i thought you could bring up folders view next to
navigation view so you could drag folders into navigation
view. how do you do this in FP 2003?

In the Folder view open on the right, then click on the Web Site tab on the left then at the bottom of the Web site window click on
Navigation

You have the Folder List open on the left, and Navigation View open on the
right. Files can be dragged from the folder list to the navigation view.

To see the Folder List, View->Folder List.
