Hi, I have somehow lost the facility to view a page larger, I can do it in
print preview, but I would like to view a page that I have received in a
larger format. hope you understand! I changed some of my toolbars last
week, and cant see how to get it back. thanks.

If I understand you correctly, you may have lost either the View | Zoom menu
item or the Zoom box on the toolbar. You may want to see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/RestoreMenuCmd.htm. The procedure is
similar for restoring toolbar items.
