Viewer 2007 cannot open file with ' character in path / filename

Hi,

Is it the default behavior that Visio Viewer 2007 cannot open a file
like;

test'test.vsd

or;

C:\Files\What's up\visio.vsd

It seems that Visio Viewer does not like the ' character.
