Viewing attachments in Outlook

I'm trying to receive an e-mail with an Access database and Outlook won't let
me because it's file extension is a level 1 file that is automatically
blocked.
How can I change this to get this attachment?

The eassiest way would be to have it resend to you in a zipped format.
