Viewing components in FP

I have just installed FrontPage 2003 on a new laptop and opened my website
in it. On my old PC I could see an icon where HTML code had been inserted
[such as "buy now" buttons].

On the laptop these can't be seen. Doubtless there is an option somewhere i
need to tick but i cannot find it. Can someone direct me to it please.
