Viewing different things in Resource Pool?

Can you see a resources's overallocation from within the rsource pool.
Because I have a resource for test purposes that is overallocated but this
resource does not show overallocated from within the resource pool. Can it
show this or do you have to either look in the actual project or use Analysis
Services.

You cannot see or diagnose resource overallocations in the Enteprise
Resource Pool. You must open any project containing the resource in
question and then apply any Resource view. I prefer the Resource Usage view
personally. Hope this helps.
