I've recently reinstalled Office 2003 on my "old" computer which I just
upgraded to the Vista-64 operating system. Previously I was using XP Pro-64
and was having no problems.
Issue: I forward a lot of email to my home email address from work. At
work, we've recently been required to install digital certificates at work.
This hasn't been a problem for me at home in the past but after reinstalling
Office 2003, I keep getting messages from Outlook that the message can't be
opened in the reading pane; when double clicking on the header to open
normally, I get a message that states there's a problem with the security (or
words to that effect). The curious thing is some of the messages I send I
have no problem reading in the reading pane or by double clicking to open.
The rest I can't access.
Is this a Vista-related security issue, an Outlook issue,or a combination?
Does anyone have a clue on where I can go to change the security settings so
I can view all of my email? Like I mentioned earlier, I had no problems
running under XP Pro.
Thanks,
