viewing emails are not html?

Email Client: pop

I'm not sure why this is, but when I receive emails, they are not coming in as html anymore?

why might this be?

The formatting of the messages is controlled by the sender. Your senders
must be using plain text instead of HTML.

thats odd, because I'm sure emails which used to come from certain sources, cam in as html previously.

They may very well and just changed. Use Message --> Source and look for
a header similar to:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Do you see that or something that is other than "text/plain"?
