viewing excel data grid in frontpage

hi,
i am using frontpage 2000 and if possible would like a
window linking to a excel worksheet (showing data grid -
NOT as table). is there anyway for this to be
viewed in a web page. also if the excel file is updated
the window in the web page would also be updated when the
page is refreshed? i would appreciate any help anyone can
give me on this matter.
