viewing files from folder in frontpage

Hi,
I would like to view files from a specific folder in
frontpage. I would like to be able to view just the
filename and maybe last modified date if possible. Can
this be done (using asp's)? If so how should i go about
doing this? I would also like the text for the filename
to be a hyperlink linking to the file. if possible
Please, could someone help me on this topic.
