When my colleague opens up a page of labels on screen, he
cannot see any of the label boundaries. The only way we
have been able to do this is to click 'text boundaries'
under 'View' in Tools & Options, but this also shows the
text boundaries on all other Word documents, which he
doesn't really want. On my computer when I open up a
page of labels, you can see the label boundaries even
though I don't have the 'text boundaries' option ticked,
and therefore I don't have to see the text boundaries on
other types of documents. But we can't find any
difference in my settings to his, to explain why there is
a difference and how he can view the label sheet without
affecting other documents.
I hope this makes sense. If anyone can help I'd be
grateful.
