Viewing list of Project Name and Sharepoint Site

Is there anyway other than Admin and Manage Sharepoint Services to view the
Project Names and their associated Sharepoint Site? We have many projects
and would like to provide a list of links in like web part or something so
someone could access a particular site. Right now, I have to maintain this
list manually.

You'd need to write a query to automate this from the MSP_WEB_PROJECTS
table.
