Viewing Messages

Is there anyway I can view all of my messages in one folder? Sometimes it
would be easier to find something if I can see ALL of my messages (including
sent messages and messages stored in other folders) in one folder. Thanks!

With search folders, in Outlook 2003. In earlier versions, you can use
Advanced Find for this.

If you're using Outlook 2003, you can create a search folder that will do
that.
