Viewing MSG files without Outlook

Is there a viewer for MSG files? We have a lot of Outlook e-mail messages
saved as MSG files. A client who does not have Outlook (if you can imagine
such a thing) needs to be able to read these messages.

No there is no viewer for such files. You'll need Outlook. You can also
place them in an Exchange mailbox and let the user view them via Outlook Web
Access
