I was trying to create a portfolio analyzer report comparing work to
availability. The availability hours show as blank for past months and show
up for current and future months. Shouldn't there be hours showing up in the
past months when all of a organizations time wasn't completely used up and
show 0 when has? Or am I doing something wrong?
