Viewing Publisher web pages w/o using internet explorer

I have built a 5 page web site using microsoft publisher. Lots of graphics
and text are included in this page. When I view it using MS Internet
Explorer it looks great. If I view it using an alternative browser it is all
garbled and none of the images show up. Tech support at my host facility
have told me I have to use a development tool other than Microsoft packages,
because Microsoft does not conform to the industry standards. Any Ideas on
how I can use publisher to build my web site and make it viewable regardless
of what browser is used?

What's the URL for your site? Also, what's the browser and version that
