Viewing Resource Name

I have added 2 new resources to the Global Resource Pool
in Project Professional 2002 and saved them, but when I
view resources in PWA the 2 new resources do not display
the name or group. There are 2 unique ID's (52 and 53)
for them, but the name will not display.

I have saved the global resource pool and tried making
changes to the resource pool and resaving with no
success. Any help is appreciated.

it usually appears after some time.
give it a days time, if that doesnt work restart
your iis server.

I had a similar problem when renaming some custom recourse fields in
the enterprise global and adding them to a WA view. The WA view still
showed the default field name, not the new name I had given it. I
tried logging in and out of WA etc and left it for a couple of hours,
but still it continued to use the default names. It finally corrected
itself once I had populated one of the fields with some data!

Anyone have an explanation for this?

The fields don't display with the new name in PWA until some data is entered
and published. That's the way it works.
