When viewing multiple pages of the same sheet at a reduced zoom (e.g., 50%), I'd like them to appear across the monitor screen from left to right, and not from top to bottom. Is that possible? Thanks.

Try Window/Arrange/Vertical

No dice, unfortunately. I had tried that before posting, but none of the options (tiled, horizontal, vertical, cascade) affect the way the pages appear. I have a file with just one sheet, though the sheet is three pages long. I use a 24" monitor. When I reduce the zoom to 50%, there's enough space to display many pages from left to right across the screen. However, the pages of this file line up above each other (one over two over three, with only the top of page three visible). The rest of the screen is filled with grayed-out, blank pages that say "click to add data."

So I want the pages to array like:

pg. 1 - pg. 2 - pg. 3 - blank pg. - blank pg.

instead of:

pg. 1 - blank pg. - blank pg. - blank pg. - blank pg.
pg. 2 - blank pg. - blank pg. - blank pg. - blank pg.
pg. 3 - blank pg. - blank pg. - blank pg. - blank pg.

Overkill? :)

Thanks.

The only suggestion I have is that you create two additional windows
(using Window/New Window). Arrange them vertically (Window/Arrange...)

Size them to be one page wide, one tall, and scroll the second and third
window appropriately.

You can then save this as a workspace (File/Save Workspace).

Thanks. Not exactly what I'm after, but I think it's the closest I'll get. I really appreciate your help!
