Viewing Slide Show

Is there anyway to view a slide show in the middle of a presentation?

Not sure what you mean. Do you literally mean change the
medium for LCD to 35mm slide projector?

please help us to understand....

are you wanting to view a presentation..... let's call it Presentation (A),
then in the middle of Presentation (a) branch out to Presentation (B) ?

Hi Kimbo,

As the other posts suggest, you question is a bit unclear because of the
terminology you used. Do worry, PowerPoint is a dual mode program and the
terms are easily misunderstood.

If I understand your question, you want to start the slide show from a slide
other than the beginning one. If this is correct, you can:

1) press the F5 key (to start the show) and then type the number of the
slide you want to jump to and press enter. This will jump you to the slide
you want.

2) select a slide in the editing window and then click on the small icon
that looks like a screen (in the lower left part of the editing screen)

3) If you are using PowerPoint 2003, you can also press Shift + F5 to start
from the currently selected slide.
