Viewing subtasks in timesheet mode on project web access

In my project plan I have several subtasks listed under main projects and
they show on the plan. Yet when I call up PWA in timesheet mode the main
projects are there, but the subtasks are not. I need to track hours by
subtasks. What am I doing wrong?
