vinculating multiple spreadsheets

how can I automatically reference or vinculate multiple
spreadsheets (workbooks)into other, in example: I have
1.xls, 2.xls, 3.xls,...., n.xls spreadsheets,in each one
I have similar info in three cells, for instance, date
client and amount, I want to consolidate in a table which
each row has the number of spreadsheet the date, client
and amount. I could do the task vinculating each one, but
I want to do automatically.

Is there a way on how to do it?
