Virgins Webmail disaster....how can I

Hi all.....my new PC came with Vista Home Premier installed. I did not
realise until to late that Outlook was not included. My broadband Tv & Phone
are all Virgin cable so naturally I used their webmail.......wrong! Thr
design was so bad it could only improve, so when they suddenly upgraded it, I
thought, great. It crashed.Now I can only receive mail via it. It took 5
phone calls and 8 emails via Googlemail to get any assistance, and their
answer was/is.....please use outlook ??? Once again I tried to tell them I
do not have Outlook, but 6 emails & umpteen ohone calls to Bombay later no
help. Is there any way I can get Outlook to download free?

You can use ANY email client you like. Vista comes with Windows Mail, or you
can download and install Windows Live Mail, or Mozilla Thunderbird. there
are others.
