Virtual Office 3.1 Activation Key

I bought my Groove 2007 license through a volume licensing program and am
trying to get an activation key for installing Virtual Office 3.1. Does
anyone know where I can obtain a key?

I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Microsoft and they were not able
to help.

are you brand new to Groove usage and just want to downgrade?

I contacted the group that handles this and they gave me this information to
forward to you:

If a you wishes to exercise your downgrade rights to Groove v3.1 all you
need to do is forward the confirmation email you receive from your purchase
of Office Groove 2007 to (e-mail address removed) and include the virtual
location that the v3.1 licenses should be provisioned to and the
corresponding number of Groove v3.1 licenses will be provisioned into the
account that you indicate. Please be sure to put Exercising Downgrade Rights
as the subject line. An email with instructions on accessing the Groove v3.1
license will be sent to the account holder once the downgraded licenses have
been provisioned into the account.

After spending many days on the telephone to Microsoft I was saved when I
found this post. The email to (e-mail address removed) has worked perfectly.
THANK YOU.

We now have a new problem.
One of our 12 users can load and activate Groove 3.1 and send invitations to
workspaces. However when I accept the invitation it just shows 'waiting for
delivery'.

When I send him an invitation the same thing happens.

He has allowed all groove related sites to move through his firewall.

Can Anyone give me a direction for further investigation?
