Has anyone had experience using MSAccess from different
Virtual PC sessions?
Everytime I open the mdb file from a networked Mac using
VPC 6.1, the file becomes read only. The read only
selection is not checked on either machine.
I am using OS 10.2.8, VPC 6.1, Windows 2000, an access97
database with just data tables (No forms, queries or
macros), and TCP IP network protocol. Virtual Switch is
enabled. The database exists in a shared folder in the Mac
environment.
I have been told this worked in OS 9. Can anyone confirm
or refute this as well?
