Virus Scan freezes on office file

Hi, when running McAffe virus scan, it freezes and it always does it on this
file

C:\MSOCache\All
Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\FILES\PFILES\MSOFFICE\OFFICE11\1033\setup.chm

If any one could offer some advice on what to do it will be appreciated. Can
I erase this folder, or something else.
