Virus scan on every document or worksheet I open.

Every time I open a doc or worksheet, a virus scan is run. This really slows
things down. How do I get either Word or Norton Anti-Virus to stop doing that
on every document?

Dis-able the Norton AV Office plug-in under miscellaneous.
