Virus scan won't let me open up files, help

Can't open my saved files due to a virus scan i know there is no virus. I
unistalled all my anti-virus sorftware reduced the virus protection and then
tried to open the files but still didn't work...i put all my stuff back on
and just don't know what the problem is plz help
