Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help. I have outlook 2003. I have set up a rule to
move a message when received from a particular person to a sub folder. When
the rule runs the message gets moved to the sub folder and if the sub folder
isn't visible it becomes visible, indicating that there is a new message
(unread). This works fine when I use a PST file, however, when using an
exchange mailbox, the message gets moved, but the folder doesn't show
itsself making it impossible to know if a new message has arrived.
Wonder if anyone can shed any light on this situation
Many Thanks
Tim
