Visiitors Logging-in, setting up account

How can I set up my website (FP2003) where visotors can set-up an account,
and subsequently come back, log-in to view or modify their account
information? Is there a software add-in package that does this? If not how
can I do this? I'm not a programmer. Thanks

Once the visitor has an account, what will he or she be
able to do with it?

In particular, will all the registered visitors have
*exactly* the same capabilities? Or will, for example,
each customer only have access to his/her orders, or each
teacher to his/her students?
