Visio 2000 - Create Database

I feel I must be missing something obvious here, BUT...

Anyone know how I can take a database model created from scratch in
Visio 2000 and create the appropriate Access database tables and
relationships from it (without retyping everything) - SURELY this must
be possible but I can find nothing in the application help...

OK I've read down the newsgroup and found somr other people with the same
or similar issue - so I need the Enterprise version of Visio. Good ole MS..
($$$$)
