After happily using Visio 2000 SR-1 for months in XP-Home, it failed to
start. The main window opens, but displays the "gotta talk to MS now" and
closes. I found the MSKB article 263146 which describes how to
"re-register" visio by adding a "/r" at the end of the string in the icon.
It works, after a fashion, but it won't start without registering it every
time. I tried uninstalling the program and rebooted, and re-installed.
Didn't fix the problem. Is there a better solution?
