Visio 2000 SR1 - Reverse Engineer error with Oracle 9i database

I received the following error when tried to reverse engineer the
Oracle 9i database using Visio 2000 SR1

"Encountered a fatal error during reverse engineer of information from
the database!"

Please update me on this.

Unfortunately, Visio does not support Oracle 9i.
