Visio 2000 startup problem

Installed Visio 2000 Std on a machne runnig XP Pro SP2, and Office 2003. When
I open Visio I get the error message that Visio has encountered a problem and
needs to close, do I want to send a problem report.
Any thoughts on why this will not work?
