Visio 2002/2000 shape scale/distortion

Hi

I have multi page process flows that were done in visio
2000 that, when re-opened, have mangled the scale of the
shapes on the page (the shapes appear off the page, and
have changed from metric to inches)

This happens if the doc is loaded in 2002 as well as 2000,
and most of the time only affects one of the sheets of a
document, the rest are fine.

Any ideas?

Is it a Cross-Functional Flowchart? If so, you may be having the problem
talked about in this KB article:
