Office 2003 Pro -
When opening a a folder containing vdx files using the File Open command -
Visio closes down - no error message, it just closes down.
Explorer will also crash if you are browsing a folder with vdx files aswell..
When
Event viewer gives
Failed to connect to server. Error: 0x800401F0
and on some other machines
Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module
unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x60957c19.
Faulting application visio.exe, version 10.0.5006.4, faulting module
vislib.dll, version 10.0.5110.4, fault address 0x0011b0e7.
All troubleshooting steps have been completed.
Removing reistalling the applications, drivers etc..
Note: This is happening on all our machines in the company.
Any help thoughts would be appreciated.
