Visio 2002 Connection Points

Hi All,

I'm working on a Visio File and I created a Basic shape. I inserted some
connections points and now i'm having problems connecting to those points.
Nothing seems to happen when I try to connect to them.

Any Ideas?

1. What are you trying to connect to them?
2. menu Tools | Snap and Glue. Is the glue enabled ?

Yes, that option is enabled in Visio, and I'm just trying to use connectors
to connect to the connection points.

Hi Marilyn,

Maybe it's time to edit by linking the "Shape Transform or geometry" (see
"Shape Sheet") of the two shapes, if possible by visio formulation..

trying is your best bet,

I selected the connection Point Tool and then while Holding CTRL I clicked on
where I wanted the connection point on the shape. As far as the suggestion
from your previous post I'm not familiar with that, but I will look for it in
Help.
