visio 2002 directory cache hangs at 13%

I've applied all the security patches for my Office XP w/Front Page, Project
2002, and Visio 2002 and now when Visio launches it hangs at 13% complete of
updating the directory cache.

I am using an admin share and AD.

Any ideas?
