Visio 2002 - Org Chart shapes and wizard

When I open visio and try and use either the org chart
wizard or the Exectutive, Manager or other shapes Visio
closes as soon as the shape is dragged. The process still
runs.
I have tried using other shapes with no problems and I can
use the connectors from the Org Chart shapes menu. I have
SR1 installed.
