Visio 2002 will not start

Visio 2002 fails to start (the sg.dll problem)as described
in KB article 324291. I have tried the solution as
recommended in that KB article. Visio runs if just
install Visio off the disk, but as soon as I install SR-1
the problem returns.

FUlly patched W2000 machine with Access 97 through to
Access XP. Office XP developer also on the machine and
loads of other software.

ANy ideas?

If you do any installation (update/repair), you have to
make sure to delete the registry keys mentioned in that
article because those keys will be replaced.
