Visio 2003 ActiveX compatibility with 2000 and 2002

In visio 2003, VisOCX.dll is activex control file. But in visio 2002, there
is no ocx file available. Please help.

I am developing a .Net application using Visio 2003 ActiveX control. It is
working perfectly when user have 2003 on their machine. But I want my
application to run on machine with 2002 and 2000.

v2000/v2002 use different libraries from v2003 which in some cases are not
compatible. Have you tested your .Net app with the other libraries?
