Visio 2003 beta does not work with Office 2003

All,

Has anyone had this problem before- I had 2003 Visio BETA
installed on my machine.
I upgraded my Office suite to Office 2003 now I cant seem
to use Visio 2003, Nothing happens. The task Visio 2003
sits in my task bar after a few seconds.

Visio 2002 does not open the file either as it does not
recognize this new version of Vision.
Please advise how to solve this problem

Sam,

The Visio beta is only compatible with the Office beta. Unfortunately, only
the release version of Visio 2003 will be compatible with your new Office
suite.
