For unknown reasons, MS removed this valuable export option.

However, you can install a postscript printer driver, such as the Microsoft
Imagesetter, and set its port to FILE. Then you can print Visio docs to ps.

If they indeed removed it, it's probably because Visio's (E)PS export
filter was widely known to be very buggy. Getting Visio EPS to work
and render correctly in other applications often caused problems.

Printing your diagrams from Visio 'to file' to a PostScript printer
driver is indeed the better way to get them into PS format. Adobe
recommends first printing to PDF via Acrobat Distiller, then opening
in Acrobat, crop and save as EPS. Our own pdf2vector software would
enable you to do the PDF to EPS conversion in batch. We also have a
wmf2vector module to batch convert from WMF (which Visio can save as)
to EPS and a bunch of other vector graphics formats.

Save your Visio 2003 file to SVG. SVG is still vector (like EPS) and is an open-source Web standard supported by the W3C. Be excited with this change- it's really better than before

SVG can be opened by other vector graphics software (such as Illustrator and CorelDRAW)
