Hi, The problem I am having is that Visio returning the following error:
"The program ....VISIO.exe caused a problem and is going to close. Do you
want to save a dump file?"
This only occurs when searching for shapes and the search for web shapes
option is enabled: tools->options->ShapeSearch->VisioWebShapes
Occasionally when searching for shapes I get an error that says something to
the effect that visio can't connect to the web (search the web is enabled)
and other times Visio just crashes without the do you want to save a dump
file.
Visio is updated to SP3, I tried repairing the software and have tried
reinstalling the software. No success.
I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there is a solution
to it.
