This is Visio Professional 2003. I've got a 10 page
drawing of views that I reverse engineered from a
database. I was trying to copy and paste a view object
from page 2 to page 10. Everytime I right-click on this
one object to copy, Visio completely shuts down without
any error message. The view object I'm trying to copy
only has 10 columns and all of them are fairly small data
types.
The only difference I was able to find on this particular
view is that in the SQL code behind the view it's pulling
from a view in a linked server. I don't know why this
would effect copying and pasting an object in a Visio and
it probably doesn't. This is very frustrating.
