Visio 2003 Crime Scene Template

I need to download this template and make it available for multiple users.
When I go to the Templates page and click the Download button, it tries to
install it on the computer I'm on instead of letting me download the template
file. After I do this, I still can't find a template file under my profile or
in Program Files. When I click to create a new file, the links under recently
used templates are "on-line" templates. Some of these users have laptops and
are not always connected to our agency when they use this tool.

I have been able to download the file for previous versions of Visio (2000).
We're upgrading and I need to get the new template. Any ideas? I went to the
vendor web page and they want to charge me for something that I can get for
free from MS.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

I don't believe MS ever released an iteration for it after the initial one.

It's not that. I found the 2003 template. I just can't download a specific
file. It only lets me use it as an on-line template. I need to distribute the
template to multiple users. Thanks.
