Visio 2003 Cross functional lanes keep moving - how do i freeze th

How do I stop the cross functional lanes from moving around? They keep
automatically sorting when I don't want them to. It is frustrating and is
destroying my diagram. It was happening if I tried to change the width of a
lane or change the diagram size. Now it is corrupting the diagram when I
open the file.

You can disable automation events for Visio under tools > options > security
uncheck the box for enable automation events. You really don’t want to

leave Visio in this state however your solutions will not work.
