Visio 2003 Header and footer not visible in print preview/printed

Hello All,
I am having issues seeing my header and footer info on my Visio diagrams in
Visio 2003. I have entered info into the Header and the foorter, however I do
not see the information when I view it in Print Preview or when I view the
Printer job.
Any assistance appreciated,

What do you have your margins and gutter positions set to on the page? In
page set up - you can adjust these - if your bottom margin is set to .25, and
your footer position is the same or more, it might not appear. See if this
makes a difference.
